This video looks like it was made by my local public-access cable tv station about 15 years ago.  Love it.  Around The Bend (by asteroidsgalaxytour)

Hey You! What Song are you Listening to? (by TyCullen).  As I was watching this, here are some of the thoughts that ran through my head: 1) This is a great idea. 2) Surprising how many people don’t know the song they’re listening to. 3) When I see people with headphones, they tend to look kinda glum and shut off from the world, but most of them are listening to very peppy music. 4) Intriguing how the soundtrack completely changes the way you perceive the surroundings. 5) Some people have really horrible taste in music.  6) LCD Soundsystem for the win.

Neil Gaiman got together with Amanda Palmer, Ben Folds, and Damian Kulash to create a six-track album in one night.  They were shooting for 8 songs in 8 hours, hence the name 8in8.
“The goal was to do something more fun than going out to dinner together and catching a panel, and we did that, and also to show people that creativity isn’t always a matter of magic and inspiration.”
If you like any of those artists, you’ll like at least one track on this album: Nighty Night.
